Women of ALPFA Boston and El Planeta Newspaper invite you to an evening of networking and fun in support a great cause: Women Running for Women, a program through which women will run the Boston Marathon™ to raise money for Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Boston Living Center, and Bottom Line. This is your opportunity to help make a difference!
Light appetizers and cash bar will be provided.

Are you looking to take part in community service but are not sure how?
ALPFA-LAW has an exciting event featuring a variety of volunteer organizations. Come learn about what volunteering opportunities are available and hear how community service can make a difference in the lives of those who you are serving and in yours. If community service was part of your 2010 resolution, we challenge you to make good on it!

Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA)
ALPFA Boston is partnering with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) this tax season to offer FREE Tax Preparation assistance to qualifying low- to moderate-income (generally, $49,000 and below) individuals and families. ALPFA Members who are interested in volunteering as a VITA Volunteer Tax Preparer.
