From - Transition Support Group (TSG ),
To - ALPFA Career Connections (ACC)

We will provide the same benefits, as well as improved and new ones, for both our Sponsors and members as we did in the past year. Within the next few weeks, these changes will be coming through.

Mission

“Program designed for members who are in transition, assistance to find the company that is truly right for them, & to provide corporate partners immediate access to diverse experienced professionals.”

Origin

TSG was created by the increasing demand for career advancement among experienced professional ALPFA members, where members seek an alternative means of networking and direct way to meet with key contacts of the company of their interest.
This need was confirmed with membership statistics collected in 2008 and early 2009.

How do you know what to ask for? Which salary indicates self confidence; which one is over the top? We'll start with a brand new premise - negotiation is a team sport with both sides working toward the same goal - instead of the old win/lose model. You'll learn how to price yourself, how and when to initiate salary conversations, and how to develop your personal benefits needs matrix.
